At Goofygear Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please review the conditions and instructions below.
Conditions for Returning Items

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns are only accepted for products that meet these conditions.
Exchanges and Refunds for Non-Personalized Products

Items without personalized elements (such as names, numbers, or custom messages) can be exchanged or returned for a refund.

If the exchanged item is of higher value, customers are responsible for paying the price difference.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items – Personalized Products

Customized items with personalized names, texts, logos, or special design requests are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the error is ours.

Examples of valid return cases include: receiving the wrong size (compared to the size chart) or receiving a design that does not match the order details.
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection on personalized items.
Reporting a Personalization Error
If the personalized details on your received product are incorrect based on your order, please contact us immediately and include:

Clear photos showing the mistake.

For sizing issues, place the item flat on a surface with a measuring tape to show the actual measurements.
This will help our production team assess the problem and determine whether a replacement or refund is applicable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team first.

Once your return package arrives, our fulfillment center will inspect the items (usually within 72 hours).

If the return is approved, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
